A2Z Support is a Network and Course designed for all customers; experienced or not, to learn how to not only become a successful Amazon drop-shipper using big box retailers, but to be able to communicate within our Private Mighty Network online community of existing and successful Amazon drop-shippers.

The challenge

Levi Jackson is the Founder and CEO of A2Z Support. A2Z Support came to GenTech Marketing to increase lead generation, improve conversion rates, increase sales and revenue, and lower his cost per message to below $10!

With GenTech Marketing being the industry leaders in generating sales and leads through ads, A2Z Support came to GenTech Marketing for lead generation.

The process

After meeting with A2Z Support and discussing their goals, GenTech decided to utilize Direct Messaging Ads on Instagram to increase lead generation for A2Z Support. Instagram direct is an ad placement for the Instagram platform. When a user clicks this type of ad, they will be sent to your direct message (DM) inbox where they can start a one-on-one conversation with your brand. So, instead of sending traffic to a dedicated landing page, you send people into an interactive and engaging conversation with your business.

We created lookalike audiences based on the data collected from people who engaged with the Instagram account in the past 30 day, 90 day, and 100 days. This targeted users who shared similar characteristics with the users who have previously engaged with A2Z Support’s Instagram or messaging from a cold audience campaign. GenTech utilizes lookalike audiences because it increases the probability of generating high-quality leads and offers more value on ad spend.

To accomplish these goals, GenTech Marketing utilized Instagram targeted ads that reached cold audiences, as well as lookalike audiences, to show their ads to the right audience, on the right platform, at the right time!

The results on this case truly speak for themself! A2Z Support has spent about $47,000 with GenTech Marketing on advertising to generate a 10x return on ad spend (ROSS). As mentioned, Levi Jackson’s goal was to lower his cost per message to below $10. GenTech Marketing was able to lower the cost to about $6.61 per message conversion!

In total, the ads that GenTech Marketing ran for A2Z Support were shown 2,104,701 times to 782,086 people! In a testimonial, Levi Jackson said that “he cannot answer his DMs fast enough!”. Constantly hitting over a 10x return on ads!
